Q: Processing time?
A: It will take on average 1- 3​ business days to process orders (have them prepared to be shipped), and closer to 3-5 business days during peak season such as the holidays. Business days excludes weekends and holidays. It will take additional time for delivery of the order, which you choose at checkout.

Q: Are these heavy?
A: No! These are mostly lightweight, no matter the size. Many of our clay pieces feel as light as a feather! Pieces with larger metal hardware will be a bit heavier than others, but are still light on the ears.

Q: Nickel-free and Hypoallergenic?
A: We aim to source materials free of nickel, and if possible, lead or cadmium. Our pieces that are made of brass are where you can find hypoallergenic jewelry that's nickel-free, which are great for our customers who are hypersensitive to nickel.
Our pieces made of sterling silver or stainless steel are where you can find hypoallergenic jewelry that's waterproof (stainless steel only), and they may contain a small amount of nickel that's low enough to limit skin reactions for many people.
Skin sensitivities can still occur, especially if one is allergic to other metals or components, but our goal is always to provide quality comfortable pieces for those with sensitive-skin.

Q: Care tips for jewelry?
A: Try to keep jewelry from chlorinated water and saltwater (ex: swimming, hot tub), soaps/detergents (ex: showering, washing your hair, etc.), sweat/exercise, lotions, perfumes, and oils to keep them in pristine condition.
Our solid gold and silver, gold-filled, and stainless steel jewelry options can withstand a little more wear from showering with mild soaps, exercise, and beach water; but it's best to keep from any of the mentioned chemicals to extend the life of your piece.
If clay jewelry becomes dirty with makeup or other dirt stains, use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to gently remove the debris. Lastly, be gentle as you would with anything you treasure, don't bend, throw, have sharp objects near, or roughly handle them, in order to keep from damaging them.

Q: Returns/Exchanges
A: Due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. If an item is defective, you can contact us (info@livevondesigns.com) within a week of the item being delivered for an exchange for the exact same item or store credit. Shipping costs will be covered by us for damaged items that are returned for store credit and for both items involved in an exchange - this applies to US orders only. Unfortunately, at this time shipping costs for non-US orders cannot be covered - we're still small and growing, thanks for understanding!

Q: Do you have a Loyalty Rewards Program?
A: Yes, and there are a ton of reward goodies to redeem. Sign-up to become a member to earn and redeem your Collectors points for rewards.
